Davenport Professional Property Management is Hiring a Community Association Manager (Onsite) Near Worth, FL

Davenport Property Management is seeking a full-time licensed Community Association Manager for an onsite position in a Homeowner Association.

Position Requirements:

  • Active CAM license
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Skilled in using MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
  • TOPS & Strongroom experience helpful

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with board members, residents and vendors
  • Obtain bids for community projects
  • Monitor the work of vendors to ensure contractual requirements are met
  • Prepare all documentation for board meetings including Annual and Budget meetings. Post meeting notices, attend all board meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Prepare annual budget
  • Perform property inspections to identify violations
  • Address collection/compliance matters with the Board
